ISLAMABAD - Federal Minister for Railways Sheikh Rasheed presented a cheque of Rs 60 million to Chief Justice Mian Saqib Nisar for the CJP-PM Diamer-Bhasha dam fund, months after he said that railway prices would be jacked up to help pay for the dam funds effort.
In a post on Twitter, Sheikh Rasheed posted a picture of himself presenting a cheque to the Chief Justice who retires on January 17.

Back in September, Pakistan Railways has decided to increase Rs.1, Rs.2 and Rs.10 on ticket fare for Economy and Business Class respectively, on the directives of Sheikh Rasheed.
He said that the railway fares had been increased in order to play a vital role in dam fund contribution.
