The Islamabad High Court has ordered the completion of Cipher case trialwithin four weeks. Chief Justice Aamer Farooq, according to ARY News,issued a written order.
Chief Justice also rejected Shah Mahmood Qureshi’s bail application. Thecourt stated that jail trial means open trial, emphasizing the need for afair judicial process with maximum security considerations and ensuringrespect for the dignity of the accused.
