ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court heard the model town case on Friday.
SC has issued notices to the Advocate General Punjab and Prosecutor GeneralPunjab in the Model Town case on Friday.
Hearing the plea to summon Nawaz Sharif and Shehbaz Sharif in the case,three-member bench headed by Justice Gulzar ordered to inform the courtabout progress on the trial of the Model Town tragedy.
The counsel for PAT said that the LHC had pronounced the verdict by amargin of 2-1, while court had evidence against the former government. “Twojudges ordered the completion of the trial, while the third judge proposedre-investigation into the case,” he contended.
