In Greece, 15 people have been killed by flash floods caused by heavy rain besides collateral damages in central Greece.

According to reports, many of the dead were elderly people whose bodies were found inside their homes.

Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras has declared national mourning in the wake of the tragedy.
