Film producer Jemima Goldsmith has issued an appeal to support the UnitedNations Children’s Fund (Unicef) as the death toll from Israeli airstrikesin Gaza reached a devastating 2,670 on Sunday. She shared this message onX, formerly known as Twitter, conveying the words of Unicef spokespersonJames Elder.

Jemima Goldsmith expressed her solidarity with those affected on both sidesof the Israel-Palestine conflict, emphasizing the tragic toll on childrenwith hundreds losing their lives and suffering injuries in Gaza.

She called for an end to the killing of children and highlighted the diresituation in hospitals struggling to care for wounded children with severeburns, injuries, and lost limbs. She also urged the safe and immediatereunification of Israeli children held in Gaza with their families.

Additionally, it was reported that Israel had blocked access to essentialresources such as water, food, and electricity in Gaza, though they claimedthat water supply had been partially restored in the southern part of thePalestinian enclave on Sunday.
