ISLAMABAD – Positive development reported in Pakistan Iran Gas has.pipeline Project
The gas pipeline project amended agreement was signed between Pakistan andIran.
Significant progress has been made on the gas pipeline project betweenPakistan and Iran under which a an agreement has been reached with National Iranian Gas Company.
The gas companies of both countries have also signed the amendmentagreement.

According to official sources, Iran will no longer go to arbitration courtfor delay in construction of the pipeline, nor will Pakistan pay Iran afine.
The two countries will work together to find a viable solution to theproject, Pakistan can build an IP pipeline by 2024 after which Pakistanwill buy 750 million cubic .feet of gas daily
