PESHAWAR – Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Afridi says maintaininglaw and order situation in the country is among top priorities of thegovernment.
Addressing passing out parade of Frontier Constabulary in Shabqadar,district Charsadda on Sunday, he said security forces, FrontierConstabulary, and police have rendered matchless sacrifices in the waragainst terrorism.
The minister said Frontier Constabulary will be made exemplary force bygiving them training on scientific lines.
He lauded the role of FC for security of major sensitive installations inthe country and its services in United Nations Peace keeping Missions.
On this occasion, one thousand one hundred and seventy-two recruitsparticipated in the parade.
Earlier, Shehryar Afridi inspected the parade and distributed trophiesamong outstanding recruits.

Later talking to media persons, Minister of State for Interior ShehryarAfridi said no compromise will be made on national security.
He said all forces are being equipped with latest equipments.
The minister said government has made foolproof security arrangements forobservance of Muharramul Haram in a peaceful manner.
