RAWALPINDI – Nepal’s Chief of Army Staff General Rajendra Chhetri met Chiefof Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa at GHQ on Wednesday, theInter-Services Public Relations reported.

During the meeting, matters of mutual interest including military tomilitary relations, regional security situation and measures to improvebilateral relations were discussed.

Visiting dignitary acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan Army’s sincereefforts and sacrifices in the war against terrorism and for stability inthe region.

Earlier on arrival at GHQ, Nepalese Army Chief, laid a floral wreath atYadgar-e-Shuhada. A smartly turned out contingent of Pakistan Armypresented the Guard of Honour to Nepalese Army Chief.
