Pakistan Foreign Minister gives a stern message to Indian PM Modi

MULTAN: Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Saturday said that Pakistanwould respond in a befitting manner if the enemy casts an evil eye onPakistan.

“I categorically tell (Prime Minister Narendra) Modi to think twice beforeany aggression, as it was the Naya (New) Pakistan and the enthusiasm ofpeople is very high and the country is more safe and secure than in thepast,” Qureshi said at a ceremony held under the auspices of All PakistanClerks Association (APCA) at Multan Arts Council.

The minister said: “It is my responsibility to sensitise people thatconspiracies are being hatched against the homeland.

The whole world acknowledges that there is brave leadership in Pakistannow.” Qureshi said: “Nations have to pay the price when they move forwardwith dignity and courage. Conspiracies are being hatched to put Pakistan inthe grey list. The enemies would try to weaken our economy.”

However, he added that Pak forces were alert to foil aggressive moves ofthe enemy. The Minister appreciated the unity among people to respond toforeign aggression in an amicable way.

He said that he, along with Prime Minister Imran Khan, visited Chachro inSindh, located near Indian border, to gave a clear message to the enemythat Pakistan was ready for both options, whether its peace or war.

Qureshi said that March 23 would be observed with national zeal and zest.

He said that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government would not disappointmasses.

On this occasion, APCA President Banaras Khan Jadoon, General SecretaryKhalid Javeed and hundreds of clerks from different departments were alsopresent.
