North Korea has blamed failure of Hanoi Summit on United States lack of sincerity.
In a briefing held in Pyongyang, North Korean vice Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui said Kim attended the summit with real expectations but the U.S. side was uncompromising and stuck in its political calculations.
He emphasized that the personal relations between Kim and Trump are still firm despite the talks breaking down, which can push forward bilateral ties at the right time.
