DUBAI – Islamabad United and Karachi Kings clash tonight in the last groupmatch of the third edition of Pakistan Super League (PSL) in Sharjah.
United made three changes for the game tonight with Luke Ronchi out,Chadwick Walton in, Zafar Gohar to play in place of Samit Patel and StevenFinn to play while Muhammad Sami is rested.
With Peshawar Zalmi’s win over Lahore Qalandars today, the Yellows are nowthrough to the playoffs, leaving the fate of Karachi and Multan on the line.
If Karachi win tonight, they’ll reach the playoffs. Even if they don’t win,they must not lose by more than 16 runs. If Karachi lose to Islamabad bymore than 16 runs, then Multan Sultans will qualify for playoffs andKarachi will be out.
Lahore Qalandars have already been eliminated from the later stages of thetournament.
