Terrorism bid foiled as bomb recovered in Faisalabad

FAISALABAD – A terrorism bid was on Wednesday foiled as a bomb was recovered in Samundri – Faisalabad’s district – and disposed of.
The explosive was placed in Anarkali Bazaar. The police officials arrested two suspects afterwards and shifted them to an unknown location for interrogation.
Furthermore, the Anarkali Bazaar and adjacent markets have been evacuated for security purposes. The authorities are conducting further investigations.
