NEW DELHI: Former Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram says an undeclared war is going on in Occupied Kashmir.
In an article in the Indian Express, he said violence and death are on the rise in Jammu and Kashmir and India is failing the test.
The senior congress leader also admitted that New-Delhi is adopting a militaristic approach to push the Valley to the brink of disaster. APP
