ISLAMABAD: The session of National Assembly was held under the chairmanship of Sardar Ayaz Sadiq here at Tuesday. The resolution was passed by NA to further improve the Pak-Afghan border security.
As per details, the resolution was presented by PTI member Murad Saeed in National Assembly to strengthen the Pak-Afghan border security. The resolution was opposed by Parliamentary Interior secretary saying that the points raised in resolution were already part of National Action Plan.
Speaking at the occasion PML-N member Maryam Orangzaib said that when APS Peshawar was attacked by terrorists then what KPK government was doing?
She added that federal government has taken effective measure with the collaboration of NADRA to ensure border security. Border cards will be issued and it will also be monitored by NADRA.
A summary has been sent to President Mamnoon Hussain to implement the FIA rules to stop the illegal movement at Chaman and Torkham border. Fake ID cards and Passports are being blocked by federal government. She stated.
Murad Saeed further stated in his resolution that terrorists come from Afghanistan and manage to escape the scene after killing innocent people while government should take concrete measure to improve the border management.
The resolution was passed by NA after ending the opposition of Parliamentary interior secretary.
