ISLAMABAD, Jun 15 (APP): Hindu Extremism: RSS nefarious game plan in Indian Occupied Kashmir

Chairman of All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Syed Ali Gilani, has said that extremist Hindu organisations, Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) and Sangh Parivar wanted to implement their communal agenda in Kashmir with force and the puppet administration was obeying their every command.

According to KMS, Ali Gilani in a statement issued in Srinagar said that the Muslims, Pandits, pro-freedom leadership and the civil society of the occupied territory in one voice were opposing the construction of separate colonies for Pandits but the puppet Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti, was rigid on creation of such colonies for the Pandits and showed no respect for the public voice.

He said that to appease the RSS, the puppet Chief Minister wanted to slit the throats of the Kashmiri people and she could go to any extent for the chair of power.

The APHC Chairman, while opposing the setting up of colonies for retired Indian soldiers in the Kashmir Valley, revealed that most of the soldier quarters meant for the retired Indian forces' personnel in Jammu had been secretly sold by them and they were living at their native places.

"Every retired serviceman after his retirement prefers to live at his native and ancestral home but the Sangh Parivar has to accomplish its anti-Kashmir designs under the garb of these colonies. They want to change the demography of Jammu and Kashmir and want to create safe zones for the non-state subjects in the name of separate colonies. It is a Israeli-type policy which they want to implement in Jammu and Kashmir," he added.

The APHC Chairman termed the crackdown on Hurriyet leaders as the worst kind of state terrorism.

"Kashmir issue is not any law and order problem which can be solved by using bamboo sticks and by arresting people," he said, adding, Kashmir was a human as well as a political issue as the Kashmiris had neveraccepted India's forced occupation, nor they would endorse it in future.

Syed Ali Gilani demanded an impartial probe by some independent agency into the recent killing of a youth from Bemina and a woman by Indian police in Kud area of Udhampur district in Jammu region.

He expressed solidarity with the families of the deceased.

The APHC Chairman also appealed to the people to express solidarity with the Kashmiri prisoners on Friday (June 17) by organising special prayers for their release.

He termed the continued imprisonment of pro-freedom leader Masarrat Aalam Butt for the last 6 years as extreme cruelty.

He demanded release of all the political prisoners including pro-freedom leaders and activists including Dr Mohammad Qasim Faktoo, Ghulam Qadir Butt, Dr Mohammad Shafi Shariaty, Mohammad Amin Dar, Hilal Ahmad Palla, Mohammad Sayed Butt, Bashir Ahmad Sehmat, Mohammad Yousuf Wani, Ghulam Nabi Shaikh, Ameer Hamzah Shah, Mohammad Yousuf Lone, Mir Hafizullah, Mohammad Shafi Lone, Abdullah Nasir, Hakeem Showkat Ahmad, Assadullah Parray, Mohammad Amin Parray, Meraj-ud-Din Nanda, Manzoor Ahmad and Zubair Ahmad Turray before Eid-ul-Fitr.
