ISLAMABAD - Prime Minister Imran Khan has expressed gratitude to all those who helped achieve the financial targets of Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital for the year 2018.
In a tweet, the Prime Minister said over the years his faith in the goodness of mankind has increased greatly.
He said Shaukat Khanum Memorial Cancer Hospital is a living tribute to people's kindness and generosity.
Imran Khan said the target of the hospital for this year is 13 billion rupees, half of which will need to be met through donations.
He expressed hope that people will continue to support us in the mission to save the lives of poor cancer patients in Pakistan who can otherwise not afford treatment.
