ISLAMABAD:A week-long fresh rain spell begins across the country today (Sunday).
Met office spokesman said in Islamabad that a Shallow westerly wave has entered in Pakistan.
He said under the influence the new weather system Rain-thundershowers with gusty winds is expected at scattered places in KP, FATA, Islamabad, Upper Punjab, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan while at isolated places in northeast-Balochistan and southern Punjab during the next six days.
The spokesmen said there is also a high risk of landslides in mountainous and sub mountainous areas of KP, Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan during this period. APP/AFP
