PESHAWAR – Pakistani authorities have decided to take action against theculprits of the murder of SP Tahir Khan Dawar even on the other side of theborder.
Minister of State for Interior Shehryar Khan Afridi on Thursday renewed vowto take case of brutal murder of valiant Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s (KP)Superintendent Police (SP) Tahir Khan Dawar to its logical end.
He was addressing presser here in Peshawar along with the brother ofmartyred police official. He added, “Pakistan will seek reply fromAfghanistan on diplomatic level. The culprits will be brought to justicewhether they are on the other side of the boder.”
“The son of the soil was viciously murdered in Afghanistan. Severalquestions emanated from refusal of Afghan officials to hand dead body ofthe martyred [SP Tahir Khan Dawar] to Pakistan’s diplomatic mission inAfghanistan”, Afridi was quoted as saying.
