ISLAMABAD – Pakistan and China have agreed to expedite implementation ofGwadar projects as main deliverable to Joint Cooperation Committee to beheld in Beijing next month.
During the meetings of Joint Working Groups of Gwadar and Planning viavideo conference in Islamabad, the two sides also agreed to promotesocioeconomic development and finalize a way forward for future cooperationin order to ensure early identification and implementation of projects.
The meetings were co-chaired by Secretary Planning, Development and reformZafar Hasan and Director General National Development and Reform Commissionof China XIA Qing.
