*New Delhi:* Indian Supreme Court to decides on Article 370 over OccupiedKashmir status abrogation by Indian government.
The Supreme Court will on Monday hear a batch of petitions challengingabrogation of provisions of Article 370 of the Constitution which gavespecial status to Jammu and Kashmir, validity of imposition of President’sRule and the restrictions imposed by the Centre in the state.
A bench of Chief Justice Ranjan Gogoi and Justices SA Bobde and S AbdulNazeer will be also hearing the petitions, including the one filed byformer Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad seeking permissionto visit his family members.
Azad, who had tried to visit the state twice after the abrogation ofArticle 370 provisions in Jammu and Kashmir but was sent back from theairport by the authorities, has sought a nod from the top court to visithis family members.
