ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Railways will give 20 percent discount on advancebooking on all classes of its passenger trains during holy month of Ramzanul Mubarik.

According to a spokesman of pakistan Railways, Minister for RailwaysKhawaja Saad Rafique had announced the Ramzan ul Mubarik package that wouldbe implemented from 1st Ramzan to 20th of the same month.

The spokesman said the Minister directed the authorities to give specialconcession to the passengers who would travel on trains during the holidaysof Eid-ul-Fitr. Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Pakistan Railways, AbdulHameed Razi said that it was honor for the department that when thetransporters hiked the fares, Pakistan Railways reduced them for its valuedcustomers.

Abdul Hameed Razi said that Pakistan Railways had announced to reduce itsfares on more than two dozen different occasions during the last five years.
