*ISLAMABAD: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) and Pakistan People’sParty have agreed to seat adjustment in the next general elections, a keydemand from the PPP before joining Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif ledfederal cabinet. *
According to sources privy to the development, the PPP was seeking seatadjustment with PML-N in Punjab on 15 seats in exchange for joining thefederal cabinet, however, finally they have agreed to adjustment on sevento eight seats.
“The PPP will also support PML-N on a Karachi seat and some seats in otherparts of the province,” the sources having knowledge of the arrangementbetween the two parties said.
