*LAHORE – The fight for a chance to make into the World Cup squad ofPakistan would begin today (Monday), as 22 probables would participate inthe Pakistan Cricket Board’s fitness tests in Lahore .*
The 22 probables will undergo fitness tests at the National Cricket Academy(NCA), which would be a close session. It is pertinent to inform thatleft-arm spinner Mohammad Nawaz who was part of the initial 23 probableshas undergone fitness test at the NCA on Saturday.
Nawaz fitness test has been advanced on the request of State Bank, whichwants him to play in their Patron’s Trophy Grade-II opener against Army inRawalpindi.
Furthermore, the probables will then participate in training sessions atthe Gaddafi Stadium on 16 and 17 April. These will strictly be vision onlyopportunities.

The upcoming World Cup 2019 is scheduled to begin on May 30, at England andWales.
