A meeting of the Punjab Cabinet chaired by Chief Ministerlink Sardar Usman Buzdarlink has approved the construction of35,000 apartments for families with low-income.
On Monday, after the provincial cabinet meeting, Special Assistant toCM FirdousAshiq Awan link said that noweven people with lesser income would be able to have their own homes. Theseapartments will be provided on easy installments over 20 years.
Firdous Ashiq Awan link saidthat the cabinet has also decided to promote BPS-4 employees to the nextgrade. In addition, special allowance will be given to doctors of PopulationWelfare Departmentlink (PWD). Shesaid that it was decided in the meeting that two more cement plants wouldbe set up in Punjab.
Talking about the political situation in the country, she said that thenarrative and strategies of PDM have failed and Maryam Nawaz is findingexcuses to flee the country.
