Saudi Crown Prince MBS visit to Pakistan rescheduled: Report

ISLAMABAD – Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s visit to Pakistan hasbeen postponed.

As per media report the visit has been delayed by a day and he will nowarrive on Sunday, February 17, the Foreign Office said on Friday.

“The visit programme (itinerary) remains unchanged,” the FO statement added.

Preparations had been finalised to give an “unprecedented warm welcome” tothe visiting dignitary, who will be received personally by Prime MinisterImran Khan and his cabinet members at the Nur Khan Airbase on Saturdayevening.

Prince Mohammad, who is also the deputy prime minister and minister ofdefence of the kingdom, will be conferred with Nishan-e-Pakistan – thehighest civilian award — during his visit to the country.
