ISLAMABAD – Supreme Court (SC) on Tuesday has summoned Federal Minister forFinance Asad Umar in Nai Gaj Dam case.
During the hearing headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian SaqibNisar, Deputy Attorney General told the court that Asad Umar is attendingEconomic Coordination Committee (ECC) session over which the top judgesaid, “We summoned him, he should have come.”
Responding to the wish of CJP Nisar to conclude the case in his tenure,Justice Ijaz-ul-Ahsan said that we still have one week to complete thehearing.
