AJK President Sardar Masood Khan has appealed UN Secretary General to take a serious notice of the deteriorating situation in the region and appoint a special representative on Kashmir issue.
Addressing the under trainee officers at Pakistan Navy War College Lahore in Muzaffarabad on Tuesday, he said durable peace in South Asia could not be maintained without solving the longstanding Kashmir issue in line with UN resolutions and wishes of Kashmiris.
