Palestine Day being observed in Pakistan in full condemnation of Israel

Islamabad: Palestine Day is being observed across the country today in solidarity with the Palestinians and in full condemnation of Israeli atrocities in Gaza.

According to details, the Pakistan Ulema Council had appealed to celebrate Palestine Day in view of ongoing Israeli bombardment in Gaza strip.

On this day, Israeli atrocities against the Palestinian people are being along with the critical situation in Gaza. Scholars will also consider the future strategy regarding the recent Israeli aggression on Palestine.

In addition, Prime Minister Imran Khan telephoned Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, and discussed the current situation in Palestine.

Imran Khan strongly condemned Israeli attacks at Al-Aqsa Mosque and atrocities against innocent Palestinians while assuring that the Pakistani leadership is standing by the Palestinians in these difficult times.

Prime Minister Imran Khan reiterated Pakistan's continued support for the rights of Palestinians and their just struggle.

Israel has threatened Gaza with ground attack amid airstrikes as conflict grows.

According to details, the death toll in Gaza has reached 113 including women and 31 children. Meanwhile Israel has deployed army personnel and tanks near the besieged Gaza strip.
