The Counter Terrorism Department (CTD) has thwarted a terror bid in Sahiwal and detained an alleged terrorist of a banned outfit during an intelligence-based operation.
The CTD personnel also recovered explosive material from detained terrorist Khurram Ali.
A case was registered against the accused in CTD Sahiwal.
