ISLAMABAD – A huge sum of Rs 2 billion was spent on the Prime MinisterHouse during tenure of former PM Nawaz Sharif, it has been revealed.
The officials of the Prime Minister House have revealed that more than Rs.2000 million (Rs.2 billion) were spent on the Prime Minister House duringPakistan Muslim League Nawaz (PML-N) tenure.
A document presented in Senate on Thursday confirmed.
According to the document, Rs. 309.84 million were spent during FY2013-14while the expenditure of the PM House remained at 307.3 million for thefollowing year.
In the year 2015-16, PM House’s spending jumped up to Rs. 401.57 million.——————————
