In Somalia, 13 police officials have been killed and fifteen others injured in a suicide attack in capital Mogadishu on Thursday.
Police spokesman said the attacker, with explosives strapped to his body, infiltrated the Police Training Academy and struck during a police parade.
The militant group al Shabaab claimed responsibility for the attack.
