ISLAMABAD – A ten-member Pakistan delegation led by secretary Finance andRevenue, Muhammad Younus Dagha has left for China to attend a two daymeeting of the Asia Pacific Joint Group (APG) in Guangzhou beginning fromWednesday, the Radio Pakistan reported.
The delegation will defend Pakistan’s efforts against money laundering andterror financing at the meeting of APG, a regional affiliate of theFinancial Action Task Force (FATF).
Pakistan has already submitted a report of its’ actions and activitiestaken against proscribed organisations and strengthening of systems toblock the illegal flow of funds that could be used against any state orconsidered a threat to global financial systems.
