MALAYSIA – In Malaysia, Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad has banned severalofficials of the previos government from leaving the country.

Addressing a news conference in Kualalumpur, he said the step has beentaken to probe the corruption charges against the officials led by formerprime minister Najib Razak.

Prime Minister Mahathir Muhamad has also ordered a travel ban on formerprime minister and his wife.
