NEW DELHI – Former Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram says an undeclaredwar is going on in Occupied Kashmir.

In an article in the Indian Express, he said violence and death are on therise in Jammu and Kashmir and India is failing the test.

The senior congress leader also admitted that New-Delhi is adopting amilitaristic approach to push the Valley to the brink of disaster.

More than half a million Indian Army has been deployed in occupied Kashmirbut still the Army is losing the war against few hundred freedom fighters.
