*ISLAMABAD -* A bomb was found on the railway track near Jungshahi railwaystation in Thatta, averting a potential terrorist attack targeting trainsscheduled to run on the track.
According to media reports, the bomb was found on a Karachi track, threekilometers away from the Jungshahi railway station “A bomb disposal squaddispatched from Hyderabad successfully defused the 0.5 kg bomb,” SSP ThattaShabbir Sethar told media.
The remote-controlled bomb could have targeted Hazara Express and ZakriaExpress running on the track, he further said.
