ISLAMABAD – The Supreme Court of Pakistan, while issuing verdict regardingthe interpretation of pre-arrest bail, Saturday said it cannot be given ifprima facie evidences exist.
The decision was issued over the bail petition of Secretary Union Councilof Jamshed Town Karachi, Ghulam Farooq Channa and the court remarked thatapproval of his pre-arrest bail may harm the evidences.
The apex court remarked that Ghulam Farooq Channa is accused of illegallyacquiring valuable property of a woman by making a fake death certificatefor her.
