LAHORE – Joint Investigation Team (JIT) has on Thursday decided tointerrogate former Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif in connection withModel Town carnage.
According to details, the authorities at Kot Lakhpat Jail have permittedthe team to visit and meet the ex-premier.
Meanwhile, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Maryam Nawaz has mether father and inquired about his health.
Earlier, Lahore High Court (LHC) had turned down PAT plea seeking summonsof ex-prime minister Nawaz Sharif, former Chief Minister of Punjab (CM)Shahbaz Sharif and ten other ministers in the case.
