New oil well production inducted in Pakistan resources

OGDCL has achieved a remarkable increase of 1730 barrels per day in the overall production of crude oil from Nashpa Lease during the last 24 hours, from well numbers 10 and 11.

Nashpa Well Number 10 has contributed an increase of 900 barrels per day to the crude oil production, bringing its daily output to 1340 barrels. Previously, Nashpa Well Number 10 was producing 440 barrels of crude oil per day. Crude oil and gas production has been ongoing from Nashpa Well Number 10 since December 2020, with gas production also reaching 3.4 million cubic feet per day from this well.

OGDCL is operating with a 56.45% share in the Nashpa Drilling Lease as the operator. Currently, OGDCL is producing 12,200 barrels of crude oil per day from ten wells in Nashpa Lease. Nashpa Well Number 10 is located in the Karak district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province
