RIYADH - Saudi Arabia has announced to open its doors to tourists from around the world before the end of this year.
Addressing the 23rd session of the United Nations World Tourism Organization, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage Ahmed Al Khatib said that Kingdom is proud and honored to be one of the first countries to work with WTO in the initial studies of the project of Measuring the Sustainability of Tourism.
Khatib also announced cooperation with the organization in the preparation of a strategy to develop human capital in tourism and the establishment of a tourism academy.
