A roadside show depicting the gross human rights violations by Indian troops in occupied Kashmir was held outside the Commonwealth Secretariat in London on the occasion of Commonwealth conference, attended by fifty-seven member countries.
The show was organized by the South Asia Centre for Peace and Human Rights in coordination with International Commission for Human Rights and Kashmir Youth Assembly.
The High Commissioners and their diplomatic staff of the conference were briefed about the prevailing critical situation in occupied territory.
They were appealed to play a meaningful role in stopping torture, killings, sexual violence and use of excessive force against the people of occupied Kashmir.
