ISLAMABAD: (APP) A meeting of Special Committee on Creation of Asian Parliament (SCCAP) and Asian Parliament Assembly (APA) Standing Committee on Political Affairs (SCPA) would commence here at a local hotel on Tuesday.
The meeting was being hosted by Senate of Pakistan.
The event, to be concluded on Friday (March 17) would be formally inaugurated by Chairman Senate Mian Raza Rabbani and Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz.
Over 70 delegates from 23 different countries including members of the parliaments will be participating in the meeting.
Pakistan is likely to present the major resolutions, including the one related to creation of the Asian Parliament.
