Federal government is planning to establish forty-six Special Economic Zones along the CPEC route, Board of Investment has revealed.
Addressing Pakistan-China Industrial Cooperation dialogue in Islamabad on Thursday, Chairman Miftah Ismail has said a working group will be nominated to deliberate on how to build the zone.
Miftah Ismail said each zone will have its special features for investors in terms of its location, raw material, skilled work force and linkages with other parts of the country and outside the country.
