Situation tense in occupied Kashmir after JKLF Chairman Yasin Malik arrested

SRINAGAR - In occupied Kashmir, complete shutdown is being observed on Saturday against the increased Indian atrocities in the territory.

According to the Kashmir media service, the puppet authorities have imposed restrictions and deployed additional troops and police personnel in Srinagar to prevent people from holding demonstrations.

Meanwhile, Indian police arrested JKLF Chairman, Muhammad Yasin Malik, after raiding his residence in Srinagar today and shifted him to Kothi Bagh police station.

The occupying forces have also detained several other Kashmiri leaders to stop them from leading today's demonstrations.

Train services have also been suspended in the Kashmir valley.
