Mashal Khan lynching case hearing held in ATC Court

HARIPUR: Anti Terrorism Court (ATC) Thursday adjourned the hearing in Mashal Khan lynching case till October 18 after recording the statements of four police witnesses at Central Prison Haripur.

ATC special Judge Fazal Subhan recorded the testimonies of four police officers including Sub Inspector Ali, Sher Gul, Kausar and Alamzeb. ASI Sher Gul told that he had recovered the pistol used in the crime scene on the information of an accused Imran. ASI Alamzeb told that he had recovered the cell phone of Professor Ziaullah Hamdard.

Lawyers including Masood Azhar advocate, prosecutor, father of ill-fated Mashal Khan were also present. The court adjourned the hearing of the case till October 18 and order to present remaining witnesses to record their statements.
