Lahore: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Wednesday challenged theby-elections voters lists in the Lahore High Court (LHC).
According to media reports, the Election Commission, Provincial ElectionCommission and DRO have been made parties in the petition filed in theLahore High Court by PTI leader Yasmeen Rashid.
The petition contends that fraud is taking place in Lahore by altering thevoter lists in the constituencies.
Voters from other constituencies in the by-election constituencies havebeen included in the lists.

According to the petition, the Election Commission should apply fortransfer of votes to other constituencies. No hearing has been held. Thecourt has been requested to stop the reckless use of government machineryin by-elections.
The PTI leader has requested that the voter lists be declared null and voidas they are in conflict with the Election Act and Rules.
