RAMALLAH, Tuesday, April 12, 2022 (WAFA) – President Mahmoud Abbas todaycongratulated in a cable Mian Muhammad Shahbaz Sharif on his election asthe new Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan.
President Abbas extended his heartfelt congratulations to Sharif on hiselection, wishing him success in performing his tasks, as well as inachieving the goals and aspirations of the Pakistani people.
President Abbas praised the historical bilateral relations between the twocountries which are based on the principles of brotherhood, solidarity, andmutual appreciation, stressing keenness to work jointly towardsstrengthening these relations in the interest of the two countries.
