Russia says, more than one thousand Ukraine marines have surrendered in keyport of Mariupol.
In a statement, Russian defence ministry said, as a result of successfuloffensives by Russian armed forces 1,026 Ukrainian soldiers of the 36thMarine Brigade voluntarily laid down arms and surrendered in the besiegedport city of Mariupol.
