Pakistan shows yet another goodwill gesture to India

LAHORE: Pakistan shows yet another goodwill desire to India.

An Indian teenage boy repatriated to his homeland on Tuesday for mistakenlycrossing into Pakistan’s side as a goodwill gesture.

Bimal Narjere, 16, inadvertently crossed into the Pakistan’s side in Augustlast year. Pakistan Rangers had informed the India’s Border Security Force(BSF) about Bimal and initiated inquiry into the matter.

After completion of all legal requirements and verification of the Indiancitizen’s identity, he was handed over to BSF personnel via WagahBorder. The teenager belongs to Assam state.

On December 26 last year, Indian authorities released Abdullah Shah andImran Warsi, two Pakistani nationals, through the Wagah Border.

Abdullah, who hails from Mingora, was detained by Indian authorities fromAttari in 2017.
