ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan said that enhancing domestic exportsis one of the prime priorities of the government.
While reviewing the performance of the Commerce Division in Islamabad onMonday, he said the strategy for implementing the Cabinet approvedE-commerce policy and the national tariff policy should be finalized assoon as possible to benefit the business community.
A detailed briefing was also given on measures to increase exports andremove the obstacles to export.
He informed that one hundred and fifteen trade exhibitions were organizedin the last few months to enhance export of Pakistani products.
The meeting was also briefed about measures to further strengthen tradeties with China, Africa, Russia, South America and Indonesia.
