In a positive development, Pakistan economy seek 10 billion investment

ISLAMABAD:Special Assistant to Prime Ministerlink onInformation and Broadcasting Dr Firdous Ashiq Awanlink onSaturday said that the housinglink sector of thecountry was expected to attract an investment of $10 billionlink within next 10 yearsto create job link opportunitiesand boost the national economy.

Talking to media link personsafter inaugurating Smart Expo of Future Development Holdings here, she saidprovision of facilities and incentives to the investors for ease of doingbusiness link was thevision of the prime ministerlink.

The tourists and investors fromlink across the worldlink were incliningtowards Pakistan link owing to the visionof Prime Ministerlink Imran Khanlink who had promisedto portray a brighter image of Pakistanlink to the worldlink, she said.

While lauding the management of Capital Smart City for launching the housinglink project, Dr Firdoussaid the project would help generate around 100,000 jobslink for the people. It wasfirm commitment of the Prime Ministerlink to providehousing link to thehomeless people, she added.

Terming the overseas Pakistanlink an asset for thecountry, she expressed the hope that they would play a leading role intransformation of the country. The Prime Ministerlink KamyabJawan was launched to empower the youth economy to enable them play theirrole in national development, she said.

Referring to the press conference by PML-Nlink leader RanaSanaullah link,Dr Firdous regretted that some certain elements were using religion cardfor their political gains.
